Laura Carmen Heredero Sánchez

I hold a degree in Marketing and Market Research from the University of Valladolid (2022) and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Asian Studies (2024) from the same university. I am currently working on my doctoral thesis in the Doctoral Programme in Business Economics, focusing on marketing and international business management.

In terms of my research career, since 2024, I have been part of the Market Intelligence and Marketing GIR working group. I have also worked for the Centre for Asian Studies (2023-2024 academic year), where I am currently still a member. In addition, I have gained experience in teaching, lecturing on Statistics I at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies at the University of Valladolid (academic year 2024-2025).

I have also been selected twice in a row by the Japanese Government to participate in the MIRAI Programme, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture, politics and economics.

As part of the Privacy Engineering Research Group team at the University of Valladolid, I carry out tasks as a junior researcher, including analysing data obtained in workshops and preparing the corresponding reports.
